Who we are
Telos Properties was founded by brothers Tyler and Kyle Nicholls. We’ve been working side by side for as long as we can remember: from refereeing youth soccer games, to washing cars, to cooking chicken at Zaxby’s. As we got older, we knew we wanted to build something together again, and building homes was a natural fit. It aligned perfectly with our skill sets and met a real need: we watched too many of our friends struggle to afford a home in the communities they grew up in, and we wanted to do something about it.
Today, Telos Properties buys land and builds new homes across Sussex and Kent Counties, Delaware, with one simple goal: provide high-quality homes at prices local families can actually afford. When you work with us, you’re working directly with the two brothers who will be on your property, planning and building every home ourselves.
Tyler Nicholls
With 14 years of experience in Delaware real estate, Tyler combines local market knowledge with hands-on building expertise. In addition to being a licensed real estate agent, averaging 25 home sales per year, he also owns a growing residential rental portfolio.
Tyler has developed and built new-construction projects ranging from single-family residences to 36-unit condominium communities, offering clients a comprehensive, detail-driven approach to home building and development.
Tyler holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Business.
Kyle Nicholls
Kyle keeps our projects on schedule and on budget. He spent 13 years managing complex projects from first plan to final walkthrough, and has degrees in Industrial Engineering and Operations Management.
